Barcelona hit with sad news regarding Pedri
Barcelona has confirmed that midfielder Pedri has suffered a muscle injury in his left leg and will be sidelined for around three week, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.
According to the club’s official statement, the player has sustained a tear in the distal femoral biceps, and his recovery time will depend on how the injury progresses.
Pedri reportedly felt discomfort after El Clásico against Real Madrid and has been training separately from the rest of the squad since then.
The Spanish midfielder is expected to miss the upcoming matches against Elche, Club Brugge, and Celta Vigo, but could return after the November international break, in the match against Athletic Bilbao on November 22.
