Fenerbahçe Finalize Deal with PSG

Sports

Marco Asensio is expected to leave Paris Saint-Germain after his loan move to Aston Villa, and although he was a top target for Inter, Fenerbahçe have managed to secure his services, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.

The Turks benefited from their connection with super-agent Jorge Mendes, who represents both Asensio and their coach José Mourinho. After Edin Dzeko's departure to Fiorentina, Fenerbahçe reacted immediately by agreeing a deal with PSG for the Spaniard.

According to journalist Yagiz Sabuncuoglu, the agreement between the clubs has been finalized, while Asensio's contract with PSG expires in June 2026. Inter remain out of the game, despite the great interest in the player.
