France clears way for Montenegro to advance EU talks
Montenegro will ultimately close five negotiating chapters in its accession talks with the European Union at the Intergovernmental Conference on December 16.
This comes after France, following diplomatic efforts by the country’s top leadership, decided to lift its blockade on two chapters.
