New Local Elections Set for May 18
The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) has started printing 16,747 ballot papers for upcoming local elections on May 18. Of these, 16,647 are in Romanian and 100 in Russian, CE Report quotes MOLDPRES
Voters will elect new mayors in the communes of Călugăr (Fălești), Chiperceni (Orhei), Boldurești (Nisporeni), the villages of Talmaza (Ștefan-Vodă) and Tabani (Briceni), and a new village council in Temeleuți (Florești).
