Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis emphasized the need for intensified efforts and tangible results as the country nears the final phase of investigations into the Tempi train tragedy. Mitsotakis stressed that the government's response should be guided by truth and effective governance. "Difficulties persist, but we will overcome them through vigilance and acceleration of our efforts," he stated, urging ministers to expedite projects that would typically take a year to complete within months.

Acknowledging heightened public expectations in the government's sixth year, he underscored the importance of maintaining political stability while ensuring justice. He warned against using the tragedy as a "party tool" and criticized those attempting to turn justified demands for truth into anti-government rhetoric.

"Our response will be practical—through measures that continuously improve citizens' daily lives," Mitsotakis affirmed, reinforcing his administration's focus on results-driven governance.
