Nicole Kidman, Elle Fanning lead new Paramount+ series Discretion
The director of “Fantastic Four: First Steps,” Matt Shakman, has taken on the direction of the first episodes of the Paramount+ series “Discretion,” in which Nicole Kidman and Elle Fanning star and also serve as executive producers.
Shakman will also be an executive producer on the A24 legal thriller, which the platform secured last October after a competitive bidding war, receiving a straight-to-series order for a full season.
Production is scheduled to begin later this year, CE Report quotes ANA-MPA.
The screenplay is written by Chandler Baker, author of “The Husbands,” based on her own short story, and she also serves as an executive producer.
