
Top Ukrainian Egg Export Destinations Unveiled
In January-July 2025, Ukrainian producers exported USD 103.1 million worth of chicken eggs, which is 2.6 times higher compared to the same period last year.
The relevant statement was made by the Union of Poultry Breeders in Ukraine Association, referring to the data from the Ukrainian State Customs Service, CE Report quotes Ukrinform.
In July 2025, Ukraine shipped 190.6 million eggs, totaling USD 17 million. In contrast to July 2024, egg exports increased by 86%.
Ukraine’s egg exports went mainly towards Spain (21.5 million eggs), the United Kingdom (21.4 million eggs), and Poland (22.7 million eggs).
“In value terms, export revenues have reached USD 103.1 million over seven months, which is 2.6 times higher compared to the same period last year,” the report states.
In January-July 2025, the major importers of Ukrainian eggs were Croatia (11.8%), the United Kingdom (10.6%), and Spain (9.5%).
A reminder that Ukraine’s poultry industry showed a gradual recovery in 2024. In contrast to the previous year, the production of poultry meat increased by 6.1% and eggs – by 4.8%.
