Swiss Pharma Giant Invests Big in North Macedonia

Rontis, a Swiss pharmaceutical company, will invest tens of millions of euros in Macedonia, which will open more than 500 jobs, Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski announced after overseeing works for the construction of a kindergarten in Indzikovo in Skopje’s Gazi Baba municipality, CE Report quotes MIA.

Asked whether the country makes efforts to attract foreign investments, Mickoski responded that foreign investments are, in fact, one of the government’s main priorities.

“This government’s priority is job creation. We have already had a confirmation from the Swiss pharmaceutical company Rontis, which will invest in Macedonia tens of millions of euros to open more than 500 well-paid jobs,” he said noting it is in the series of good news for the Macedonian citizens in the recent period.
