New platform to rival Linkedin using AI

Tech & Science

OpenAI is launching a new AI-powered employment platform called the OpenAI Jobs Platform, expected to go live next year. It will work similarly to LinkedIn, using artificial intelligence to match workers with companies based on skills and needs, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.

The company is collaborating with major employers such as Walmart, John Deere, Accenture, and BCG, as well as state governments and community organizations. The platform will also help small businesses access AI talent to stay competitive.

It will include OpenAI Certifications through the free OpenAI Academy, which already has over 2 million users. OpenAI plans to certify 10 million Americans by 2030, helping to equip the workforce with AI skills.
