
Croatian Master’s Programme gets world-class recognition
The Faculty of Organisation and Informatics (FOI) in Varaždin has been awarded thre European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) accreditation for its graduate programme in Entrepreneurship Economics.
The EFMD accreditation places FOI among the top one percent of educational institutions worldwide that meet the highest standards of excellence in management and business education, CE Report quotes HINA.
The Dean of the Faculty, Marina Klačmer Čalopa, officially received the prestigious accreditation for the Economics of Entrepreneurship Master’s Programme during the formal ceremony held as part of the EFMD Annual Conference 2025, taking place from 1 to 3 June in Munich, Germany.
The European Foundation for Management Development accreditation is a mark of excellence and international relevance for educational institutions. For FOI, it represents a strong affirmation of its growing status within the international academic community, the faculty, which is a constituent of the University of Zagreb, stated in a press release.
"This accreditation confirms the high standards of our academic programme and teaching processes, and it is a recognition of our longstanding efforts. It opens up new opportunities for students in terms of international mobility as well as academic and professional development" said Dean Klačmer Čalopa upon receiving the accreditation..
The three-year accreditation further strengthens FOI’s international visibility.
