Kosovo makes changes for Israel clash

Kosovo head coach Franco Foda has made several changes to his squad for tonight’s match against Israel.

Leon Avdullahu has been included in the squad submitted to UEFA after temporarily leaving the national team camp for family reasons. He has now returned and will be available to Foda, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.

Meanwhile, Baton Zabërgja, Vesel Demaku and Leard Sadriu have been left out of the squad for the match, with Muharrem Jashari and Lindon Emërllahu included instead.

Goalkeeper Arijanet Muriq also remains doubtful after suffering an injury in Kosovo’s latest match against Austria.

Kosovo will play their third match in Group B3 of the UEFA Nations League against Israel in Debrecen, Hungary, tonight at 20:45.

The Dardanians began their campaign with a 1-0 victory over Ireland before suffering a 3-1 defeat to Austria in Vienna.

Following the match against Israel, Kosovo will face Austria again in Pristina on October 4.
