Olmo sustained the injury during Saturday's La Liga clash against Getafe, where he experienced muscular discomfort. As a result, the 26-year-old will be sidelined for Tuesday's Champions League game against Benfica at the Estadio da Luz in Lisbon, Portugal. The club stated his return will depend on how his recovery progresses.

Since joining Barcelona from RB Leipzig this summer, Olmo has made 18 appearances, contributing six goals and three assists. Barcelona currently sits second in the Champions League standings, with five wins in six matches and a total of 15 points.
