Leicester City appoint Ruud Van Nistelrooy as new head coach

English Premier League team Leicester City announced Friday that they appointed Dutch coach Ruud Van Nistelrooy as their new head coach, CE Report quotes Anadolu Agency

Ruud has agreed terms on a contract valid until June 2027, according to a statement.

"It is my pleasure to welcome Ruud to Leicester City. He joins a Club with a rich history, passionate supporters, and a talented squad, and we are all excited to see the impact he can have as we embark on this new chapter together," said Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha, Leicester City chairman.
