Melania Trump launches new film company
The First Lady of the United States, Melania Trump, has announced that she is launching her own film production company, Muse Films.
She quietly shared the information through a 10-second clip on her official X profile, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.
Along with the announcement of her new business venture, Melania reminded her followers that the documentary “Melania” will premiere in cinemas worldwide on January 30, 2026.
“Introducing: Muse Films — my new production company. The film ‘Melania’ exclusively in theaters worldwide from January 30, 2026,” she wrote.
The name of the production company directly refers to her Secret Service code name — “Muse”.
The news comes just months before the premiere of a $40 million documentary for Amazon MGM Studios.
Melania Trump regularly attends public events and celebrations with her husband, President Donald Trump.
She currently has two production companies with the same name in the market — one is the European branch of Amazon, and the other is the U.S. company known for films like “The Virgin Suicides”, “American Psycho”, and “Spring Breakers.”
The first and so far only confirmed project from the new company is the documentary “Melania,” which will be distributed by Amazon MGM Studios after the studio reportedly paid $40 million for the rights.
The deal was made shortly before Trump’s second term began, around the time when Amazon founder Jeff Bezos attended the inauguration.
According to the studio’s announcement, the film will offer “unprecedented access 20 days before the 2025 presidential inauguration, through the eyes of Melania Trump.”
The film is directed by Brett Ratner, who is making his first directing comeback after several actresses, including Olivia Munn and Natasha Henstridge, accused him of sexual assault. Ratner has denied all allegations.
