
Germany's minister announces major space defense plan
Thirty-five billion euros in investments by 2030 for space defense.
This was announced by German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius at the Space Congress currently underway in Berlin, promoted by BDI, the German Confederation of Industry, CE Report quotes ANSA.
In his view, it is necessary to have a reliable structure composed of satellites, ground stations, and space launch capabilities.
“We are aiming for a mix: small space launch vehicles but, in the medium term, also European heavy-lift launchers.”
