Türkiye remains committed to resolving Iran’s nuclear program through dialogue, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said Monday after a Cabinet meeting, CE Report quotes Anadolu Agency

He emphasized Türkiye’s ongoing diplomatic efforts to de-escalate tensions between Iran and Israel, stating the country is ready to mediate if needed.

Erdoğan criticized Israel’s actions, suggesting its attacks under the guise of targeting nuclear facilities have deeper, destabilizing motives. He warned that continued aggression threatens Israel’s own future.

“Disregarding regional realities only leads to further disasters,” Erdoğan said, urging restraint and foresight in the region.

He also announced plans to strengthen Türkiye’s missile capabilities, aiming to reach a level of deterrence that "no one will dare challenge."
