
Recean: EU Trusts Moldova's Path

Recean is holding talks with European leaders on Moldova’s progress and its goal to be ready for EU accession by 2028. At a Bruegel event, he discussed ongoing reforms and the EU’s €1.9 billion Growth Plan for Moldova, aimed at modernizing the country and improving quality of life.
He underlined that Moldova's European future relies on unity and continued efforts: “This is a real opportunity to attract investments and create European living conditions—well-paid jobs, modern infrastructure, and public services.”
