On the first working day of this year, January 5, Serbia’s Oil Industry (NIS) will be able to pay for 85,000 tonnes of oil.

"I expect the first 85,000 tonnes of crude oil to arrive by January 15th ... and for the refinery to start operating on January 17 or 18, and to start producing oil derivatives from January 25 or 26," Vucic said after the US administration approved a license for NIS.

The oil will be immediately transported from Omišalj to a refinery in Serbia via the Janaf pipeline, CE Report quotes FENA.
