Bosnia launches Trg Heroja Park renovation in Novo Sarajevo

The Mayor of Novo Sarajevo Municipality, Benjamina Karić, and the Director of Mibral d.o.o. Sarajevo, Maja Bralović Smith, signed a contract for the execution of landscaping works at Trg Heroja Park in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

“This is a space where, partly in Trg Heroja, there is an old bocce court. The area had been neglected and unused in recent years. That’s why we decided that one of Novo Sarajevo Municipality’s projects for this year would be the outdoor landscaping and activation of this truly beautiful space in our municipality. It will be an oasis for relaxation, for citizens of all ages,” Karić emphasized.

She added that the project is infrastructural in nature while fully preserving and enhancing the green areas at the location, CE Report quotes FENA.

“I hope that the weather conditions will allow us to start the works as soon as possible and, together with the Municipality team and the supervisory team, successfully complete this project so that we can put it to use as soon as possible,” Smith said.
