Apple loses London case over App Store monopoly abuse
Apple has lost a lawsuit in London over abuse of its dominant position in managing the App Store.
The verdict was issued by the Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT), CE Report quotes ANSA.
The ruling favored the plaintiffs in a class action against the U.S. tech giant.
The plaintiffs had previously sought more than £1.5 billion (about €1.7 billion) in damages.
