Moldova has added three more medals to its tally at the European Weightlifting Championships, currently held in the capital. Marin Robu shined in the 89 kg category, winning gold in the snatch with 173 kg and two silver medals — one in the clean and jerk with 202 kg and another for his total of 375 kg, CE Report quotes MOLDPRES

With Robu’s performance, Moldova’s national team now holds seven medals at the event, which is supported by the Ministry of Education and Research.
