Taekwon-Do for the Rights Event to Be Held in Sofia

From October 17 to 20, Sofia will host the sports event Taekwon-Do for the Rights, organized by the Central Police Taekwon-Do Club jointly with other nine countries. Club Chairman Ventsislav Ignatov told BTA that the sports event builds upon the children's programme Friends of the Police at the European level within a European project, CE Report quotes BTA

Starting Thursday, representatives of ten European countries will start arriving in Sofia. Each delegation will comprise 15 taekwon-doists aged 12 to 17 and five adults (trainers, police officers or representatives of a law enforcement agency, and a judge), Ignatov explained. The participating countries are Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Serbia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, Poland, and Latvia.
