Barcelona, Arsenal advance to Champions League quarterfinals
Barcelona and Arsenal both advanced to the UEFA Champions League quarterfinals after beating their opponents on Tuesday. CE Report quotes Anadolu Agency
Leandro Trossard scored a goal for Arsenal in the 41st minute and its match against Porto went to extra time after the tie finished 1-1 on aggregate after 90 minutes of the second leg.
Neither team was able to produce a goal in extra time, so the match concluded with a penalty shootout at Emirates Stadium.
Marko Grujic and Pepe scored for Porto in the penalty shootout while their teammates Wendell and Galeno each missed their penalties.
