Nine countries align with EU decision on Russia sanctions
On 13 July 2026, the Council of the European Union adopted Decision (CFSP) 2026/17091*.
The Council added 11 natural persons and 5 entities to the list of natural and legal persons, entities and bodies set out in Annex I to Decision (CFSP) 2024/1484, CE Report informs via the Council of the European Union's official website.
Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Moldova (Republic of), Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway and Ukraine align themselves with this Council Decision.
They will ensure that their national policies conform to this Council Decision.
The European Union takes note of this commitment and welcomes it.
