The White House and Pentagon are closely monitoring threats to Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar after Iran claimed it launched missile attacks on the site. According to Iranian military sources, the strike was retaliation for U.S. attacks on Iranian nuclear facilities early Sunday, CE Report quotes Anadolu Agency

Israeli broadcaster KAN reported that around 10 missiles were fired at U.S. positions in Qatar. Al Udeid is the largest American military base in the Middle East and serves as the regional headquarters for U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM).
