Dua Lipa joins Shakira on stage in Madrid

“One night in Madrid with @shakira.

Thank you for inviting me to join you on stage to sing ‘Antologia’!! I felt like you, me, and the audience were one. I’m so grateful to take away such a beautiful memory!!!”

This is what Kosovo-born singer Dua Lipa wrote in a social media post shared alongside several photos from the concert with Shakira, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.

Shakira welcomed Dua Lipa to her Madrid residency for a joint performance of the song “Antologia,” adding another collaboration to the series of 12 concerts on her world tour, “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran.”

The Madrid concerts were also watched by audiences around the world through “Amazon Music Presents: Shakira Live from Madrid.” The live broadcast extended the experience beyond the stadium, giving international fans the opportunity to experience this stop on Shakira’s tour.

The performance once again highlights the remarkable influence Dua Lipa has on the international music scene.

Shakira’s Madrid residency runs from September 18 to October 11, featuring 12 concerts at Estadio Shakira.
