The Devil Wears Prada 2 tops Italian box office
The Devil Wears Prada 2, the sequel to the global hit starring Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway, remained at the top of the Italian weekend box office.
Second place also stayed unchanged with Michael, the biographical film about the rise of the King of Pop, played by his nephew Jaafar Jackson, CE Report quotes ANSA.
Between May 14 and 17, total box office revenue reached €7.63 million with around 959,000 spectators. This marked a 227% increase compared to the same weekend in 2025, although it was down 38% from the previous weekend.
According to Cinetel, 3,121 cinema screens were monitored. Since the beginning of May, total box office revenue has already reached €43.8 million.
