Greece taxi drivers announce 48-hour strike
The union of Attica taxi drivers in Greece is proceeding with a 48-hour rolling strike on Tuesday, 13/01 and Wednesday, 14/01.
The union announced the strike to protest against the "arbitrary and obsessive imposition of mandatory electromobility in taxis," from 1/1/2026, CE Report quotes ANA-MPA.
"The government once again chooses to legislate in the absence of reality, turning the taxi industry into an experimental floor for showing off, without a plan, without infrastructure and without social justice," the union noted.
