Croatia sees decline in real estate sales
Real estate sales across Croatia are declining further this year, mainly due to high prices.
Foreigners are also buying fewer properties, contributing to the slowdown, CE Report quotes HINA.
This has created expectations for a drop in prices, especially for resale apartments, according to the 40th Real Estate Business Forum.
