Bulgaria's GDP Growth Stands at 1.9% in 2023, Y/Y

In 2023, Bulgaria's gross domestic product (GDP) growth rate was 1.9% compared to 2022, the National Statistical Institute said on Friday. In 2022, the growth rate was 4% compared to 2021, CE Report quotes BTA

Updated quarterly and annual data for 2023 and the first and second quarters of 2024, revised quarterly and annual data for the period 2014-2022 for GDP and annual data for gross national income were presented at a press conference at the National Statistical Institute (NSI) as a result of this year's coordinated harmonized benchmark revision for European Union (EU) Member States, European Free Trade Association countries, and countries participating in the EU enlargement negotiation processes.
