Lil Nas X Booked for Battery on Officer After Disoriented Incident

Grammy-winning singer and songwriter Lil Nas X has been arrested, according to the inmate records of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.

The “Industry Baby” rapper, whose legal name is Montero Lamar Hill, was found early Thursday morning in the Studio City area on Ventura Boulevard, according to Public Information Officer Charles Miller.

“Upon arrival, the suspect assaulted officers and was taken into custody. He was transported to a local hospital for a possible overdose and placed under arrest for assaulting a police officer,” Miller said.

Lil Nas X is currently being held at Valley Jail in Van Nuys.

He rose to fame with his viral 2018 hit “Old Town Road” featuring Billy Ray Cyrus.
